AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY provides an integrated logistics and escrow coordination service , ensuring secure transactions between buyers and sellers who do not know each other personally.
Our escrow service is designed to protect both parties , while our logistics service guarantees professional delivery of the goods.
How the Escrow Process Works
Registration
Buyers and sellers register once, free of charge.Order Creation
An escrow order is created, containing the transaction details and shipment information.Payment to Escrow Account
The buyer transfers the purchase price (including agreed fees) to a designated escrow account .Payment Confirmation & Shipment
After confirmation of payment, AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY arranges and performs the transport of the goods.Delivery & Inspection
Upon delivery, the buyer has 7 calendar days to inspect the goods.Release of Funds
After buyer confirmation, or if no complaint is submitted within the inspection period, the funds are released to the seller in accordance with the escrow agreement.
Important Clarification on Funds
The buyer’s funds are not retained as company assets .
AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY is contractually responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, and release of escrow funds in accordance with the agreed terms.
Funds are released to the seller only after delivery has been completed and the buyer has confirmed receipt and condition of the goods, or after the inspection period has expired without a complaint.

Inspection Period
The buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery to:
confirm receipt and condition of the goods, or
submit a complaint via our escrow system
If no complaint is received by the end of day 7 , the escrow funds are automatically released to the seller.
Refusal of Goods
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods:
the goods are returned to the seller
the buyer is refunded from the escrow account after deduction of agreed escrow and transport costs, as defined in the contract
Combined Escrow & Transportation Service
AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY may act as:
Logistics provider , and
Escrow service coordinator
These services are operationally linked but contractually defined , ensuring transparency, security, and legal clarity for all parties involved.
