Our FAQ section answers the most frequently asked questions about our escrow coordination and logistics service .
Here’s how secure transactions work with AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY:
Buyers and sellers register once, free of charge.
An escrow order is created with transaction and shipment details.
The buyer transfers the purchase price to a designated escrow account.
Upon payment confirmation, AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY arranges and performs the transport of the goods .
The buyer inspects the goods upon delivery and confirms receipt.
After confirmation, or if no complaint is submitted within the inspection period, AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY releases the funds to the seller in accordance with the escrow agreement .
Secure Payments Within the European Union
For transactions within the EU, we use the EU Standard Transfer system , ensuring secure and cost-effective transfers of escrow funds.

Inspection Period
The buyer has 7 days after receiving the goods to inspect them.
No later than the 7th day after delivery , the buyer must either:
confirm receipt and condition of the goods, or
submit a complaint.
If no complaint is received within this period, the escrow funds will be released to the seller according to the escrow agreement.
Refusal of Goods
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods:
the goods will be returned to the seller,
the buyer will receive a refund from the escrow account after deduction of applicable escrow and transport costs, as defined in the escrow agreement .
IMPORTANT
If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods, AUTRANSA-SL TRANSPORT COMPANY must be contacted within the inspection period .
In most cases, a solution can be negotiated. If this is not possible, the goods will be returned and the refund handled according to the agreed escrow terms.
